Rick Broadway was appointed as Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church of Pulaski in June of 2012. Before coming to the Tennessee Conference Rick served as a pastor in the Missouri Annual Conference. Rick is married to Theresa Broadway and they have three grown children and three grandchildren. Rick grew up in Northeast Arkansas and loves to watch SEC football (Rick typically cheers for the Arkansas Razorback but don’t tell anyone!). Rick also enjoys martial arts, weight lifting, fishing and camping. Rick and Theresa love being in Tennessee and look forward to serving Christ in the years ahead with the wonderful folks in Pulaski and Giles County!

Rev. Brandon Bass

Bio: Brandon is the Director of Christian Education and has also been appointed by Bishop Chamness to be the Associate Pastor. He will serve as Youth Director here also. Brandon grew up right here in Giles County. He is a Paramedic and has been serving Giles and Marshall Counties for 14 years. His ministry started as a Lay Speaker and quickly grew into a lot more. Brandon is Licensed Local Pastor with the Tennessee Annual Conference. His previous appointment was Olivet UMC here in Giles County. He is married to Dianne and has two girls, Alanna and Emma. Brandon loves the outdoors. He enjoys all sports and also loves to hunt and fish. If you want to get him going, just ask him what God has done in his life. He loves to enjoy God's Creation.

Rev. Cheryl Wood

Bio: Rev. Cheryl Wood has been the Minister of Music since February 2004. She oversees the music ministry of the church, assists with pastoral care, coordinates the communion delivery ministry, teaches small-group studies, and preaches occasionally. In 2007, Cheryl was ordained a deacon in full connection in The United Methodist Church. She is a clergy member of the Tennessee Annual Conference. Cheryl holds music degrees in piano performance from Oklahoma Baptist University and The University of Michigan. She completed deacon studies at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. A native of Oklahoma, she has served churches in Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, and Tennessee as organist and minister of music. She has been the organist for district and conference gatherings of The United Methodist Church. Cheryl is married to Tim Wood, a high school graphic arts teacher; they have two sons, Daniel and Michael.

Bio: Brenda Barrett is our Church Administrator. She has been employed by Pulaski First since December 1985. In June of 2007, Brenda received her Certification for Church Business Administrator from Emory University in Atlanta.
